By accessing or using Hype4You, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

Hype4You is an AI-powered content generation platform that provides titles, descriptions, hashtags, hooks, content calendars, rewrites, CTA suggestions, keyword analysis, viral scoring, and thumbnail headlines for social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blog, and Twitter/X.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for generating harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
• You must comply with applicable laws and platform-specific terms of service

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Hype4You is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that may not align with your brand or audience.

5. Fair Use Policy

Free plan users are limited to 10 generations per day. Pro plan users receive 200 generations per day. Automated or bulk usage that exceeds normal human interaction patterns is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Subscription Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 USD. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC regardless of plan type.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan with 10 daily credits.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for new Pro subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. Contact support@hype4you.ai for refund requests.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hype4You is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
